Critically acclaimed chef Thomas Ortega offers a sophisticated, playa-inspired menu of contemporary pocho and modern-Mexican cuisine to Long Beach, CA.

With the culinary talents of corporate chef Jon-Erik Carpo (former sous-chef at Joel Robouchon and Guy Savoy in Las Vegas), Ortega’s playful approach in the kitchen includes several “must have” Alta California dishes, such as his famous Mole Tots, Estilo Puerto Nuevo Lobster, Birria, and Chile Relleno Burger.

Alongside restaurateur and Ortega’s lifelong friend Todd Tsujioka, these three amigos bring an approachable, gourmet experience to the outskirts of the Greater Los Angeles area that reflects the multicultural, Mexican-American heritage of Southern California yet is respectful of south of the border tradition.
